The location of this hotel was excellent, right next to the Spanish steps and close to many tourist attractions. The owners were very friendly and helpful, providing directions and advice on what to see and do in the area. The rooms were modern and equipped with necessary facilities.
the breakfast consisted of only one croissant and coffee/tea, quite limited.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. It is right in the center of Rome, near all the major tourist attractions. You can easily walk to souvenir shops, which are just in front of the hotel. the hotel is located just a few steps away from Piazza Di Spagna.
The breakfast is not available at the hotel due to limited space. However, there are numerous cafes around the hotel where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast.

The location of Rome55 - Piazza Di Spagna is unbeatable. Being near the Spanish Steps, I had easy access to all the main attractions in Rome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. The host, Natalia, was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away on a quiet street, just steps from Piazza Di Spagna. The value for money is outstanding, with spacious rooms and a bathroom in each. The attention to detail is impressive, as shown by the personal touch of special gifts left in the room for special occasions. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great advice on local attractions and how to get around Rome.
